I have learned recently that growing through challenges is a very important part of life, because it improves your mental health and lets you get through any obstacles that are preventing you from achieving success. Golf has always rewarded me in that regard. Tiger Woods once said, “No matter how good you are, you can always get better, and that’s the exciting part.” When it comes to golf, when it comes to life I couldn’t agree more.
My hope with Swing Start is that we level the playing field for all youth. We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. There are a lot of great charities or groups in existence that serve purposes in different ways. Using our resources, we’re hoping to help that youth golfer that would love to go to the park, the range, the course or enter a tournament but lacks the equipment to realize that dream. That’s where we aim to come in… to help that young boy or girl to realize their potential with the game of golf.
No matter how good you are, you can always get better, and that's the exciting part.

Absolutely! Upon making your donation, you will receive an official (digital) letter that can be used for tax purposes. If you require a printed receipt with wet signature, kindly specify in the “note” field when making the donation. The email addressed used when making your donation will be used for sending the letter. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
If you live in the Phoenix metro valley, we will arrange a time / place at your convenience and pick up the equipment. If you’re out of town, please mail the equipment to: Swing Start Charities, c/o Micah Zimmerman, 9428 E Heritage Trail Dr. Scottsdale AZ 85255
